• What are the benefits of subscription plan?
  You will get 10 vouchers per month. You can download 1 royalty free image per 1 voucher. It’s a better deal if you subscribe for a long-term plan.
• What payment methods do you offer other than credit card?
  We accept credit card only.
• Are all images available with the subscription plan?
  You can download royalty free images only for the subscription plan. You cannot download the rights managed images.
• Do my downloaded images ever expire?
  There is no expiration date for the images you downloaded.
• What happens if I cancel my subscription plan in the middle of the month?
  You lose all the vouchers when you cancel your subscription plan even in the middle of the month. It’s better to cancel your subscription after using all the vouchers. Please be reminded that all the subscription plans are not eligible for refund.
• Does my subscription plan automatically renew?
  All of our subscription plans are automatically renewed unless cancelled during the subscription period. Thanks to this auto-renewal system, you can skip the renewal procedures altogether and continuously download the images.
• Is it possible to change the subscription plan?
  You cannot change the subscription plan during the subscription period.
• What happens to my coupons when my subscription plan is canceled or expired?
  You lose all the vouchers when your subscription plan is canceled or expired.
• Do all the images have model or property release?
  It depends on the images. You can check the detailed information about model and property release on each image.
• How can I cancel my subscription plan?
  Tap the profile icon, tap cancel the subscription.
• Is it possible to reactivate canceled subscription plan?
  You cannot reactivate your subscription plan once you canceled.
